Cradled amidst the rugged splendour of the African bush and cliffs as backdrop, Thirsty Falls offers spectacular views and absolute privacy in a tranquil environment. Thirsty Falls derives its name from the many mountain waterfalls above in the cliffs that happen during Highveld thunderstorms, the waters of which "vanish" into the underground caverns.

Set within the rugged splendour of the African bush and cliffs as
backdrop, Thirsty Falls offers spectacular views and absolute privacy in
a tranquil environment. Thirsty Falls derives its name from the many mountain

NATURE WATER POOL

The swimming pool has been converted to a natural water pool , with separate wetland area.
Water plants are embedded in this wetland area within the surface of the water. There is a length
alongside the plant area , for swimming . These plant root systems keep the water clean.
Water birdlife is now attracted to this area .

THE BEAUTY OF NATURE

Thirsty Falls Guest Farm practices and applies the principles of permaculture.
A diversity of trees, herbs, plants and grasses grow together, encouraging
the natural eco systems of nature to co- exist, without the harmful use of chemicals.
