TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Advertisers agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. These are subject to change without notice.

These terms and conditions are applicable to all Business Directory Listings (paid or free) that are provided directly to by Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop on their Website Directories.

Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, refuse or remove a Business Listing or a part of a listing at any time for any reason and without being obliged to provide any reasons.

The Contract begins on the date that the application was made, however the Term of a Business Listing, shall begin and end as per the Invoice. Usually a twelve (12) month period.

The Business Listing will receive notice after the twelve (12) month period, on whether they would like to renew for another Term, renew charges apply. Usually this happens automatically.

It is the Business Listings responsibility to provide accurate information to the relevant Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop Agent to be displayed on the Website Directories, either by emailing the information, or giving permission for the information to be taken directly from the Business Listing’s own website. This includes images and logos.

If original text is required from the Business Listing, it is their responsibility to provide this information, otherwise if preferred, Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop can write text for an additional charge, over and above the annual fee.

The amount that will be charged is based on the choice made and for the price stated as per the original correspondence between the relevant Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop Agent and the Business Directory Listing.

Payment by the Business Directory Listing should be made within seven (7) days of invoicing and proof of payment emailing or faxing to the relevant Agent of Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop. If no payment is received within a thirty-day (30) period, interest will be charged on outstanding monies.

Advertising on Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop Website Directory includes a Business Listing being advertised on all relevant websites pertaining to that Business and owned by Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop. Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop cannot be held responsible for any misinformation that would have come from the Business Listing’s own website.

It is the responsibility of a Business Directory Listing to keep Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop informed of any changes in their business whilst in contract. In order for the most accurate information being displayed at all times.

Any complaints may be emailed to info@integrated-marketing.co.za. Each case will be looked at individually and a resolution will always be attempted, although not guaranteed.

By agreeing to have your Business Listing on Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop Website Directories, you indemnify Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop against all claims, demands, proceedings and other liability arising wholly or partially, directly or indirectly from the publication of the material.

This Agreement may be terminated at any time in the Term period, however, no monies will be refunded once payment is made. If a Business Listing wishes to terminate after a listing has been created, administration charges will apply.
A 50% administration charge will apply to cancellations if a listing has already been created.

Members of the public are solely responsible for their selection of business owners from the Website Directories and any arrangements made, financial or otherwise, are strictly between the business owner and the client. Integrated Marketing/The Photo Workshop cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from such arrangements, or guarantee the quality of accommodation, activities or purchases made.

Integrated Marketing Privacy Notice

The following standard terms and conditions apply to all advertising orders placed with Integrated Marketing / Photo Workshop (the publisher):

  1. Terms of Payment
    1. The advertiser must pay any outstanding invoices on the publisher’s request.
    2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon invoice once booking form has been received.
    3. Payment of the deposit secures your advert.
    4. All quoted prices are excluding vat.
    5. Non-payment of deposits or advertising orders are not regarded as cancellation and the advertiser will still be held liable for costs as booked.
  2. Positioning and Publication Dates
    1. The positioning of advertisements is at the sole discretion of the publisher unless a special position order is agreed upon by the Project Manager.
    2. The publisher does not guarantee the publication print dates as stated in its marketing material as many factors can influence the readiness of its publications.
    3. The advertising order is valid for one or multiple publications as indicated on the booking form.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    1. The publisher will not be held liable for any print errors, colour variations, missing fonts, bad image qualities or errors on advertisements signed-off as approved by the advertiser.
  4. Provision of Advertising Materials
    1. The advertiser will provide all materials for the advertisement in accordance with the publisher’s requirements.
    2. The publisher reserves the right to amend any provided artwork to ensure its printability or size/design style of the publication.
  5. Cancellations
    1. The advertiser reserves the right to cancel their advertisement with the understanding that cancellation charges will apply if no deposit has been received.
    2. The instruction to cancel must be done in writing and be confirmed by the publisher at least 14 days before going to print.
    3. Cancelling an online listing will incur 50% charges to cover work already completed.
  6. Use of Content

To ensure a smooth and legally compliant collaboration, we kindly ask that all images, text, and other content you provide are free from copyright restrictions and do not infringe on any third-party rights. By sharing materials with us, you confirm that you either own the rights or have obtained proper authorization to use them. This helps us avoid any legal complications related to copyright or plagiarism.
